Decaffeinated Green Teas

Please choose from the following teas:

DECAFFEINATED SENCHA GREEN  – This decaffeinated green tea is processed using the naturally occurring Co2 in a circulation process which carefully uses high pressure and temperature to extract the caffeine. The advantages of this decaffeination process are: (1) no chemical solvents are used to remove the caffeine; and (2) the original distinct character of the tea is retained in the cup. Made to Japanese specifications.

Brewing suggestion: Half a level or heaped teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 3 minutes (according to taste) with freshly boiled water that is around 180F or 80C. Able to be reinfused. NOT compatible with milk.
