White Teas

Please choose from the following teas:

BAI MU TAN – Also known as White Peony. A luxury white tea (grade #1) with a high level of antioxidants. Naturally withered and dried in the sun. Clear slightly pale cup with fresh aroma and smooth velvety flavour. The infusion is pale yellow.

GINGER WHITE – Warming blend of Bai Mu Tan (White Peony) with ginger root. Similar flavour to China White’s ‘Ginger’ tea blend which is no longer available.

GOJIBERRY & RASPBERRY (Tea Total) – White tea with gojiberries, raspberries and a hint of bergamot. 60gram bag.

JASMINE WHITE – Warming blend of Bai Mu Tan (White Peony) with jasmine tea. Similar flavour to China White’s ‘Jasmine’ tea blend which is no longer available.

LEMONGRASS WHITE – Lively and healing blend of Bai Mu Tan (White Peony) with lemongrass. Similar flavour to China White’s ‘Lemongrass’ tea blend which is no longer available.

SHOU MEI – Also known as Sow Mee. A luxury white tea (spring grade #1) with a high level of antioxidants. Naturally withered and dried in the sun. Delicious toasty character with body reminiscent of Oolongs. Lingering taste that encourages another cup. The infusion tends orange red with golden notes.

SILVER NEEDLE (T Leaf T) – Produced in Fujian, this tea is one of the most rare and expensive white teas due to its limited production. It results in a pale yellow liquor with a fresh sweet fragrance. A delicate and subtle treat for reflective moments. 40gram bag.

WHITE PEACH (T Leaf T) – White tea with natural peach flavour and marigold blossoms. 30gram bag.

Brewing suggestion: One teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 3-5 minutes (according to taste) with freshly boiled water that is around 180F or 80C. Able to be reinfused. NOT compatible with milk.
