Returns Policy

For tea orders, we can only refund or replace tea if we have made a mistake with your order. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Therefore please choose your tea carefully. If you are not sure whether you will like a tea, try a sample size before placing a larger order.

For book orders, we can only refund or exchange books that are misbound, damaged in transit or shipped in error. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Therefore please choose your books and check your bookshelves carefully as many books by popular authors are reissued with new covers and, at times, with new titles.

Privacy Policy

Privacy statement. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use any information we collect about you solely to correctly process and fulfill your orders and to provide more personalised service only. We do not provide any of your information to other parties, unless absolutely required as part of the order fulfillment process (for example, to courier companies).

– fulfill customer orders and provide tracking details.
