Pu Erh Teas
Pu Erh from the southern Chinese province of Yunnan, is fermented twice. When brewed, Pu Erh has a dark reddish colour and a strong, full and earthy taste. Health benefits include speeding up metabolism (so it's a good slimmer's drink) and lowering cholesterol. Use 1 level or heaped teaspoon per cup. Infuse for 3-5 minutes.
