Ordering is simple. Please contact us with your order by phone or fax (we have a toll-free number for people living outside Auckland), mail or email. Please include your contact details and delivery address. We do not charge any ordering or handling fees. When we receive your order, we'll inform you if anything is out of stock and, if so, when your order is likely to be shipped.

Payment

We accept cheques, Visa and MasterCard. Please contact us for our account details if you would like to pay using online banking facilities. For customers outside New Zealand, we accept credit card payment only.

Shipping and Postage

Mail order charges generally range from $3.50 - $5.70, depending on the order size, destination and delivery method (post or courier). Higher charges may apply for large orders or remote areas - we will advise you if this is the case. If your delivery address is a PO Box or in a rural area, actual parcel post costs will be applied. International orders are also charged actual postage costs. Please contact us if you have any shipping or postal rate queries.

Hard-to-find and Out-of-Print Book Searches

Is there a book that you haven't been able to find? Or do you want to obtain books from the back list of an author that you have just discovered? Please contact us with your fiction book searches - we will be pleased to assist.
